Founder & Background
LM Insights was founded to offer marketing support that is clear, evidence-led, and genuinely useful.
I founded LM Insights after seeing how often marketing becomes overcomplicated or disconnected from real organisational needs. My background combines academic distinction with hands-on senior level marketing experience across charity, education, and commercial settings, with a particular interest in ethical, purpose-driven work.
I graduated with a First-Class Business Management degree, receiving the Graduate Prize for Business 2025, winning regional marketing competitions (resulting in internships and mentorship programmes with key players in the industry), and academic awards in marketing, analysis, operations, supply chains, sustainability, and responsible business subjects. This foundation shapes an approach that values research, clarity, structure, and evidence rather than assumption or trend-led decision-making.
Alongside academics, I have delivered marketing, outreach, and engagement activity for a range of organisations, including marketing projects linked to Domino’s Pizza and DS Group, as well as broader consultancy and research-led work. Experience spans brand development, content and campaign delivery, outreach, reporting, and strategic insight.
The way I work is intentionally friendly and straightforward. Conversations are relaxed, communication is clear, and processes are kept simple and proportionate. At the same time, work is delivered with care, structure, professional rigour, pride, and genuine passion. The aim is to make marketing and decision-making accessible, manageable, and effective.
