For project-based or package work, a clear quote is provided following the initial consultation, outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees. Ongoing support is typically structured by the hour and invoiced monthly, with scope agreed in advance.

This ensures clarity and flexibility, while allowing support to be shaped around specific goals rather than a one-size-fits-all model.

Consessionary rates are available for charities and not-for-profit organisations.
